David has over 40 years experience in manufacturing, particularly within the automotive and aerospace sectors. He is Chairman Emeritus of TAE (the world’s leading technology ecosystem that enables the most versatile, powerful, efficient and reliable Electric Vehicles, ePowertrains, Ultrafast Charging systems for home and commercial use and Energy Storage Systems).
He chairs a number of companies including Evtec Group (the UK’s largest employer of disabled people and a strategic parts supplier to JLR and Ford), Tevva Trucks (the UK’s only EV delivery vehicle), Evera Recruitment Ltd (Europe’s leading recruitment company in the EV and battery sector) and Evtec Energy PLC (a green renewables provider of energy systems).
His work in the manufacturing sector has included executive positions with Chrysler and Aston Martin. In addition to his work in the United Kingdom, David has traveled and worked abroad including both in North America and the Far East. David is also an Export Ambassador to the UK Government as well as an Industrial Advisor to the Coventry University Aerospace and Automotive Advanced Manufacturing Facility.
