Rahul Gupta

Rahul Gupta is a senior leader with 35 years of experience and expertise in strategy, technology, and innovation.  Rahul’s unique blend of government service with private sector knowledge has generated measurable innovation globally that has led both public agencies and businesses to deliver differentiated successes across commercial, industrial, financial, and public sectors. From 2004 to 2023 Rahul built strategically competitive practices as a lead partner in four professional services firms including PRTM, PwC, Deloitte, and Accenture.  Rahul has built his brand on deep subject matter and domain expertise including large scale complex modernization projects which included the full cycle of research and development, production, deployment, global competitive assessment, and long term sustainment. Rahul’s clients range from senior leadership in Fortune 500 companies and in governments in Asia, Middle East, the EU, and North America. From 1989 to 2004, Rahul served with the US GAO, the House Committee on Appropriations, the House and Senate Select Committees on Intelligence, and the CIA; and was a senior staff on the NIMA, 9/11 JIC, and advisor to the 9/11 National Commissions. Rahul is the recipient of the Director of Central Intelligence Service with Distinction, GAO’s Meritorious Service, and NIMA Commission’s Outstanding Contribution Awards. Rahul is a graduate of the University of Chicago, the University of Illinois at Chicago (admitted to International Honors Society in Economics), and he received a Baccalaureat from Academie de Nantes. Rahul has been an adjunct lecturer at Georgetown’s School of Continuing Studies.
