Will Dotson is a managing director in Morgan Stanley’s Investment Banking Division. He is global head of the Firm’s Industrials Group, based in New York. Dotson joined the Firm in 1998, and prior to assuming his current role, he worked for 12 years in Morgan Stanley’s Mergers & Acquisitions Department.
Dotson’s experience includes numerous corporate finance and M&A transactions, including extensive financial advisory work for General Motors, General Electric, Danaher and Eaton, among others.
Dotson graduated summa cum laude from Georgetown University in 1992. He currently serves as a trustee of the Morgan Stanley Foundation and as a director of The Spartans FC of the Scottish Professional Football League.
